What makes you different?

Many assistants on the market are limited to a short list of pre-set questions. If a customer asks something outside that list, the assistant can’t help. Our assistants interact with the question the customer actually asks and respond using your website’s real content and business details. Each assistant is custom-built for the client’s website, not pulled from a generic template—often delivering better results at a lower cost than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Is the assistant secure?

Will the assistant replace a human?

No. Adam supports your business by handling common questions and tasks, but important decisions and sensitive matters always remain under human control.

Do you build the assistant specifically for my website?

Yes. Every assistant is custom-built to fit your website, your services, and how your customers interact with your business. We do not reuse templates or force your business into a generic setup. Your assistant is designed to work as a natural extension of your website.

What does ongoing maintenance include?

Maintenance includes monitoring, updates, adjustments, and support if anything stops working as expected. As your business changes, your assistant can be updated to reflect new services, information, or workflows.

What happens if something breaks or stops working?

Every new installation includes a 30-day warranty after the assistant is installed and confirmed working on your site. During that period, we fix installation-related issues at no extra cost—even if you don’t continue ongoing maintenance. After 30 days, support and fixes are covered through the Monthly Service Plan (Maintenance + Support). If you don’t have a maintenance plan, you can still contact us for help; pricing will depend on the issue and complexity. In some cases, a single repair could cost more than a year of maintenance.

How long does it take to get my assistant live?

After your free consultation, most website assistants can be built and installed within a short timeframe. Timing depends on your website and business needs, and expectations are explained clearly before work begins.

Can the assistant be upgraded later?

Yes. You can start with Adam and upgrade later as your needs grow. Additional features or internal assistants can be added over time without rebuilding everything from scratch.

What kind of businesses is this best for?

Almost every business has a website, but most websites don’t produce a real return because they don’t help customers in the moment they need it. Adam turns your website into a working business tool—helping visitors, answering questions, and turning traffic into leads and sales.

Do I need technical skills to use this?

No. We handle setup, installation, and technical work. Once your assistant is live, little to no technical knowledge is required from you or your team.

Can the assistant grow as my business grows?

Yes. Your assistant can evolve alongside your business. As you add services, change processes, or expand, we can update and improve the assistant to match your growth.

What if I decide to cancel?

Once you purchase the assistant and pay for installation, it belongs to your business—we never remove it. If you cancel the Monthly Service Plan (Maintenance + Support), you cancel ongoing support, fixes, upgrades, and access to our Knowledge Base (the system that powers what your assistant knows). Your assistant may remain installed, but without Knowledge Base access it loses a major part of its intelligence and no longer receives updates unless service is reactivated.

What are internal assistants and how do they help my business?

Internal assistants work behind the scenes to help with business operations, workflows, and repetitive tasks. Unlike the website assistant, these are designed to support your team and improve efficiency inside the business.
