These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of AI-powered services provided by Easy AI Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using any Easy AI Solutions assistant — including Adam, Atlas, Nova, or Advanced+ services — you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Easy AI Solutions provides AI-powered customer support assistants designed to assist website visitors, provide information, and improve customer engagement.

The services are intended to support business operations, not replace human judgment, professional advice, or internal decision-making.

2. Nature of AI Technology & Acknowledgment of Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be error-free

  • AI assistants rely on configurations, prompts, and information provided by the Client

  • Responses may require human oversight, review, or correction

Easy AI Solutions does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses for any specific purpose.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Your business decisions

  • Customer communications

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Scope of Use & Boundaries

All assistants operate within defined rules, permissions, and boundaries established during setup.

AI assistants:

  • Do not make binding decisions

  • Do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice

  • Do not process payments

  • Do not access private systems unless explicitly configured

  • Do not act outside approved permissions

Any misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification voids liability protections.

4. Security & Data Handling

Security is built directly into the structure of each assistant.

  • Customer data is used solely to support AI conversations and service functionality

  • Customer information is NEVER sold, shared, rented, or used for advertising

  • Data access is limited to what is required for service delivery

While reasonable security measures are implemented, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

5. Installation & Setup Fees

A one-time installation & setup fee is required for all services.

  • The setup fee is due prior to installation

  • Work begins only after payment is received

  • Setup includes configuration, testing, and deployment

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of subsequent cancellation.

6. Subscription Billing & Payments

  • Monthly subscription fees begin upon installation

  • The first monthly charge is processed 24 hours after installation is completed

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly unless canceled

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

  • Setup fees remain non-refundable

Easy AI Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services for:

  • Illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

  • Collection of sensitive personal data without lawful consent

  • Harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct

  • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, configurations, prompts, and system designs remain the intellectual property of Easy AI Solutions.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during an active subscription period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Easy AI Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy AI Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Lost revenue or profits

  • Customer disputes

  • Data loss

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Easy AI Solutions in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy AI Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the service

  • Your website content

  • Your customer communications

  • Violations of these Terms

13. Modifications to Services or Terms

Easy AI Solutions may modify services or update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy AI Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
